The Body Patisserie(puh-tis-uh-ree), was created out of the frustration of Founder & Owner Shermaine Davis to find a fun product that was pampering to her extremely sensitive skin.
Dealing with eczema her entire life, she has tried many scented bath and body products which stated they were gentle enough for sensitive skin. The end result? ...Irritated skin. She and sufferers like herself have been left with only unscented or medicinally scented products to use.
Thus the birth of The Body Patisserie™.
"We have spent countless hours testing ingredients to ensure that they are not only great for those with normal skin, but is gentle & nurturing for most of the Sensitive Skinned Community to enjoy”, says Shermaine. “And I was the tester through every step of the process. If it irritated my skin, we went back to the drawing board!”
The Body Patisserie, a cruelty-free company, incorporates rich natural butters loaded with antioxidants, amazing oils and organic ingredients in our products. The end result?? A line of products which are gentle and nourishing for the skin... And with scrumptious scents like Strawberry Custard Tart and Iced Lemon Danish they are... FUN!
