Shipping & Delivery
At this time, The Body Patisserie only ships within the United States, its territories and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders placed by 1:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. For Canadian Deliveries Orders are shipped via USPS International and expected delivery is usually within 4-10 business days (pending customs clearance). USPS will not forward packages to Canada without a valid phone number.
Returns and Exchanges
Please be aware that for product integrity reasons, all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the delivery carrier. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days from the date you receive your order via e-mail at contact@thebodypatisserie.com. We will happily exchange for your requested product upon receipt of the incorrect one.
Shipping and handling will be refunded for items returned via GROUND service only in cases of incorrect product items. Expedited return service will be at the expense of the customer. Any refunds for shipping and handling costs will be processed via same method as the order payment. NO CASH REFUNDS

In our experience, larger packages shipping to APO/FPO addresses can take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
